Background
Up&up consulting, a newly established agency, is on a mission to help businesses carve out brand identities that stick. With expertise blending business consulting, branding, and creative solutions, up&up needed a sharp, modern web presence to back their story. In 22 business days after receiving the agency’s finalized designs, we delivered a fully functional WordPress website featuring elegant custom animations.
Headquarter: Zurich Period of cooperation: February 2025 – June 2025
Project highlights
Systemic delivery, 22 business days. After the design handoff from the previous agency, we set clear delivery milestones within a 22-business-day development window.
Zero tech fuss, responsive collaboration. We handled all the technicalities, keeping our client in the loop and quickly supporting tweaks along the way.
Zero cost overruns or delays. The project was completed without unexpected expenses or timeline extensions.
Quality functionality, 100% client satisfaction. The website performs smoothly across devices, loads quickly, and provides a seamless bilingual experience. This gives visitors a distraction-free journey that reflects up&up’s professional brand.
Business challenges
After working with a prior agency for the design, up&up sought a reliable development muscle to bring their vision to life. Our client required a site that wouldn’t just talk the talk, but would walk it on any screen inviting, intuitive, and bilingual. Bringing this plan to life involved:
Developing custom text animations without a fully suitable plugin, requiring piece-by-piece assembly.
Ensuring easy-to-manage bilingual functionality with consistent content across languages.
Delivering a simple, clean, and distraction-free user experience.
Maintaining high site performance and scalability despite added animations.
Altogether, up&up сonsulting looked for the right hands to implement their concepts simply and under control.

Process summary
Up&up consulting contacted us well in advance of the project to lay the groundwork for their website needs. In May 2024, our client asked us to set up an “Open Soon” page on their server and we handled this task within a couple of days. After completing the designs in December 2024, the up&up team reached out for a development estimate and took the necessary time to refine their concept and prepare a detailed brief. Once finalized in February, we quickly scoped and launched the development phase. Following delivery, the client efficiently populated the website content, while we supported a few rounds of updates and refinements. The project concluded successfully when the website went live on schedule.
Key phases
Seamless Handover. We kicked off by integrating the design files from the previous agency, clarifying specs, and sketching a clear build roadmap with the client.
Development. Our team used a blend of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a tailored WordPress setup to deliver exactly what the designs promised, pixel for pixel.
QA & Launch. We put each page, animation, and bilingual switch through their paces, making sure every element worked as intuitively as intended.
Responsive Support. Quick check-ins and open lines meant content tweaks and feedback were handled almost as soon as they landed in the inbox.
Customization & innovation
The delivered solution balanced creativity with practicality. We leveraged two npm packages to deliver smooth effects that are lightweight and easy to maintain over time:
TextSplitter enabled us to break text into individual words and characters, giving precise control over each animated element.
GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) provided a robust yet flexible animation framework, allowing our team to create seamless staggered fades, slides, and other subtle effects with high performance and reliability.
This modular approach helped with crafting animations that align perfectly with the client’s brand identity, delivering just the right touch of motion without overwhelming the site’s simplicity.
Performance remained a top priority. We optimized loading speeds using the WP-Rocket plugin, which enhanced caching and compression. At the same time, our QA and Front-end specialists carefully adapted tailored animations, ensuring they do not slow down the website or impair scalability.
