How We Used Webflow to Redevelop the Winona Lake Grace Church Website as Part of Our Pro Bono Initiative
Discover how we used Webflow to redevelop a website as part of our commitment to giving back to society.
Discover how GetDevDone became a strategic web development partner to a leading online media company, helping scale delivery and launch five new products.
A long-standing media and technology company with millions of users across iGaming, sports betting, and personal finance turned to GetDevDone to accelerate product delivery and streamline engineering operations. What began as a small engagement quickly evolved into an embedded partnership—where we delivered new products at scale and streamlined internal operations from hiring to handoff.
The client’s internal structure was not optimized for the rapid product delivery that they needed. Operating within a large, dynamic environment like they had, meant that:
They needed a reliable development partner who could deliver consistently, navigate complexity, and integrate seamlessly into their ecosystem.
The client approached GetDevDone to enhance delivery speed and product scalability while reducing internal inefficiencies.
1. Delivery Workflow Optimization
To optimize the client’s workflows, we streamlined stakeholder communication by joining daily standups and grooming sessions. Then, we created sprint-based workflows aligned with the client’s roadmap. Finally, our experts assigned empowered leads on both sides to reduce escalations.
2. Product Development & Integration
We’ve developed three independent services that were later integrated into the client’s broader digital architecture. In parallel, the GetDevDone team delivered five full-scale products from scratch, tailored to iGaming and finance audiences.
3. Scalable Team & Support Models
We scaled the joint team from 10 to 20 professionals, including frontend and backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
To meet evolving delivery needs, we introduced two engagement models: a dedicated core team for continuous delivery and on-demand support under a time-and-materials model for added flexibility. We also took ownership of onboarding and mentoring new internal hires, helping them become productive within days.
4. Process & Quality Assurance
Quality assurance was embedded into every phase of delivery, with our QA engineers working closely with the client’s DevOps team to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
At the same time, we supported content and SEO optimization and maintained design consistency across multiple product lines.
Even with the partnership still ongoing, the impact is already clear:
This partnership shows how embedded engineering, agile thinking, and flexible delivery can unlock consistent product performance—even in complex, fast-moving environments.
