Black Friday at GetDevDone

25% off your agency’s first project with us

Catch now

Reserve Nov 23–Dec 2, 2025, use anytime before Feb 14, 2026

This time of year always brings the same rush. You’re wrapping up the year, getting holiday projects out the door, catching up on the tasks that kept getting delayed and making sure Q1 is ready to go. The backlog doesn’t wait either: site changes, checkout fixes, email flows, small redesigns and integrations someone finally approved. And the team is already at capacity. We get it. This is the work we do every day, and we know how much trust it takes to let an outside help into your delivery.

For Black Friday, we’re making the first step easier: 25% off your first project. It’s a simple way to give you extra capacity when you need it most, without changing your systems or slowing your team.

If you already work with us, message your Account Manager, they’ve got your perk ready.

If you want a sense of how we run things — straightforward delivery, clean handoffs, no drama — this page sums it up: Who we are

What you can expect working with us
#1
Real dates, not hopeful ones
We set a milestone calendar in the SOW and stick to it. If something threatens a date, you hear about it within a day with clear options: keep scope, trade scope or move the date.
#2
Clarity instead of surprises
Every deliverable has objective acceptance criteria and sign-off isn’t a debate. Weekly status is one page you can forward as-is: progress, decisions needed, risks, next steps.
#3
Working software every week
We demo live builds weekly without any slide decks, no theatre. You get the recording and notes the same day.
#4
Change control that doesn’t turn into a fight
If something changes, you get a written impact in one business day: scope, cost and date. Nothing sneaks in sideways.
#5
Fast responses and a clear escalation path
PM replies within a business day. Critical issues get attention within four business hours. If something needs escalation, the path is PM → Delivery Director → COO. You know exactly who to call.
#6
Quality checks before anything lands on your side
Performance and accessibility checks, cross-device QA, release notes and a simple runbook are a must. You can deploy or roll back without guesswork.
#7
Handover that doesn’t trap you
You get the repos, assets, env variables and documentation. We can white-label or join client calls under your brand. No lock-in, no hoops.

FAQs
Is this deal only for new clients?

Yes. This Black Friday promotion is available only for new sign-ups and doesn’t apply to existing clients.

If you’re an existing customer, please contact our Account Management team to discuss special options available.

Who is eligible for the discount?
New marketing agency customers only (one legal entity). Subsidiaries/affiliates need separate eligibility unless expressly approved.
How do we “reserve” the discount?
Email bf@getdevdone.com with code GDD-BF25 between Nov 23–Dec 2, 2025 (PST). We’ll reply with written confirmation. Keep that email, as the eligibility depends on it.
Can we transfer the discount to another entity or client?
No. It is non-transferable and applies only to the reserving agency’s legal entity.
Can we stack this with other offers or referral credits?
No. One promo per company and not combinable.
What exactly is discounted?
What exactly is discounted? The project total for your first SOW signed under this offer, excluding third-party costs (apps, licenses, cloud fees), taxes and rush/emergency work. The discount applies solely to the service fees stated in the Statement of Work (SOW), exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties or government-mandated withholdings (including but not limited to VAT, GST or withholding tax). All such taxes and charges remain the client’s responsibility unless otherwise expressly stated in the SOW.
What is not discounted?
Third-party licenses/apps, cloud/infra fees, domain/SSL, paid plugins, paid APIs, payment processor fees, printing/media buys and emergency same-day or after-hours rescue work.
What is the “use by” deadline?
Your discounted first project must start by February 14, 2026 (PST). “Start” means kickoff meeting and access granted per SOW.
What if we book but don’t start by February 14, 2026 ?
The discount lapses automatically and standard rates apply.
What formally governs scope and dates?
The signed MSA and SOW. This FAQ is informational; the MSA and SOW take precedence if anything conflicts.
How are changes handled?
Any change request gets a written impact analysis (scope/cost/schedule). Changes approved in writing amend the SOW and may be billed at standard rates (discount applies only to the original first SOW).
What if we cancel?
Cancellation terms are per SOW/MSA (e.g., notice periods, payment for work performed, non-refundable onboarding/booking fees if any).
What are the payment terms, currency and taxes?
As stated in the SOW (e.g., net-X). Invoiced in USD/EUR/GBP. Prices exclude VAT/GST/withholding. The client is responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Who owns the intellectual property?
After receipt of full payment, project deliverables are transferred to the client as work-for-hire or through the assignment terms in the MSA. Pre-existing assets, open-source components and third-party items remain under their original licenses.
How do you handle open-source and third-party licenses?
We may use OSS and third-party components under their licenses. We will disclose key licenses and obligations in the SOW or release notes.
What’s your policy on confidentiality and NDAs?
We follow mutual confidentiality under the MSA/NDA. We don’t disclose your client names or materials without written permission, and we fully support white-label delivery.
What’s your framework for data protection (GDPR/CCPA) and DPAs?
We process only what’s necessary to deliver the SOW. A Data Processing Addendum (including SCCs where required) is available on request. You remain the data controller.
What’s your approach to security and access control?
Access is granted on a least-privilege basis and credentials are shared via secure channels. We follow standard secure-dev practices. Production access is limited, logged and auditable.
What are your standard service levels and response times?
Project PM responses are under 1 business day. Critical production issues are handled within 4 business hours (business hours and holidays are defined in the SOW). Any SLAs beyond project scope require a support/retainer addendum.
What warranties do you provide and how is the defect window managed?
We warrant that all work delivered meets the acceptance criteria in the SOW. Defects reported within the agreed warranty period (defined in SOW, e.g., 30 days) are remediated at our cost if they fall within scope.
How is liability addressed?
Liability follows the terms in the MSA, typically with a cap equal to fees paid under the applicable SOW and no indirect or consequential damages.
What’s your stance on non-solicitation?
A non-solicitation clause is usually included, preventing the hiring of assigned personnel for a defined period. See the MSA for exact terms.
What are your rules around publicity and case studies?
We don’t use your name, marks or materials publicly without written consent. White-label delivery is the default unless agreed otherwise.
Which governing law and venue apply?
These are specified in the MSA and should be explicit there.
How do you address export controls and sanctions compliance?
We comply with applicable export/sanctions laws. You confirm that the project use and end-customers are not restricted parties or destinations.
What is your position on force majeure events?
Standard force-majeure terms apply for events outside reasonable control. Any milestone impact will be communicated promptly.
How are disputes resolved if they arise?
Internal escalation goes to PM → Delivery Director → COO. Further resolution follows mediation, arbitration or courts as outlined in the MSA.
Do you provide background checks and insurance details?
Yes, upon request. We maintain standard professional liability and cyber insurance. Certificates of insurance can be shared under the NDA.
Where can I review the full terms?
They’re outlined in the MSA and the SOW you sign for the Black Friday project. This FAQ is only a summary covering key points.
This promotional material is for informational purposes only. Full terms and conditions, including scope, payment terms and liabilities, are governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) executed between the parties.
